“UNCHANGED & UNCHALLENGED”
– The Holy Quran
Unchanged : During the last 14 centuries “The Holy Quran” has not changed. Not one letter. There are Two Billion plus Muslims living in nearly every part of the Globe, but they all recite the same Quran – No change
“And the word of your Lord has been fulfilled in truth and in justice. None can alter His words, and He is the Hearing and Knowing. (Chapter 6: Verse 115)
Unchallenged: The Quran challenges all mankind to produce just one Chapter and the shortest chapter is just four verses with fifteen words (Chapter 112). And to date that has not been achieved.
“Or do they say: He (the Prophet) forged it? Say bring then a surah like unto it and call to your aid anyone you can” (Chapter 10: Verse 38)
Another challenge the Quran gives man is to prove there are contradictions in the Quran.
“Will they not ponder on the Quran? Had it not come from someone other than Allah, they would surely have found therein much contradictions” (Chapter 4 Verse 82)
The Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammed (On whom be peace) as the word of God, through Angel Gabriel (referred to as the Holy Spirit in the Quran), during the twenty three year period of Prophet hood.
One who submits himself to the will of God, which is what all Prophets and their faithful followers have done in the past.
Allah describes Himself in Holy Quran as follows:
“He is Allah, the Eternal, and Absolute. He never had children nor was He born, and there is nothing comparable to Him.”
The objective of this article is to clearly articulate to the reader that the Quran is a Divine revelation and not man made.
A person of intellect reading the Quran will expect it to be 1400 years old, but amazingly it has more scientific and non-scientific facts that were only discovered centuries after the Quran was revealed.
Given below are few miraculous verses of the Quran for the reader to ponder on, if the Quran was man made or divine.Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one unit of Creation) before We clove them asunder? (Chapter 21 verse 30)
According to Astrophysicists the whole Universe was initially one big mass, then the Big Bang occurred, which resulted in the formation of Galaxies
“Remember the day when We shall roll up the heavens like the rolling up of written scrolls by a scribe. As We began the first creation, so shall We repeat it — a promise binding upon Us; We shall certainly perform it.” (Chapter 21 verse 105)
The heat death of the universe, also known as the Big Freeze (or Big Chill), is a scenario under which continued expansion results in a universe that approaches absolute zero temperature
In this scenario supply of gas needed for star formation will be exhausted. As existing stars run out of fuel and cease to shine, the universe will slowly and inexorably grow darker. Eventually black holes will dominate the universe, which themselves will disappear over
We have built the Universe with “great might” and We are certainly expanding it (chapter 51 verse 47)
Stephen Hawkings in his book “A Brief History of Time” says, “The Discovery that the universe is expanding was one of the great intellectual revolutions of the 20th Century.
Without the use of a Telescope, it is impossible to discover this fact and 1400 years ago there was no Telescope.
Glory be to Him , who has created all things in pairs – be it what the earth produces, their genders, or what they do not know.(Chapter 36 verse 36)
For me personally this miraculous statement is incredible as I have invested five decades in the field of Information Technology. The present IT industry cannot exist unless the pair theory exist. Computers function on the basis of bits, where eight bits represent a character like A, B C etc. A combination of eight bits, which can be in the on/off mode, represent 255 different characters.
Previously Charles Barbage in 1800, invented the first automatic digital computer using 0-9 rather than 0/1. It is only after the discovery of a bit having a 0/1 stage that computing started to advance.
Today we know of many things that are based on pairs such an electrons & protons and even electricity etc.
One of the most dangerous recent discoveries is “Matter & Anti Matter” Right now CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research have been able to separate and identify Anti matter.
When Anti matter attaches itself to matter, the subject disappears.
The Unbelievers say “Never to us will come the Hour (ie the Day of Judgement). Say:” Nay! But most surely , by my Lord, it will come upon you – by Him who knows the unseen- from Whom is not hidden the least little atom in the Heavens or on earth: Nor is there anything less than that or greater but is written in a perfect record. (Chapter 34 verse 3)
…. And not absent from your Lord is any (part) of an atoms weight within the earth or within the heaven or anything smaller than that or greater, but that is in a clear register (chapter 10 verse 61)
The splitting of the Atom: In 1932 John Cockcroft and Ernest Walton bombarded lithium with protons, causing the Nuclei to split and producing two alpha particles. Thus the era of accelerator based experimental nuclear physics was born.
We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe? (Chapter 21 verse 30)
He has Created man from water (Chapter 25 verse 54) And Allah has created every animal from water (Chapter 24 verse 45)
The basic substance of the cell (Cytoplasm) is 80% water. Scientist now know that every living entity is created from water. That is why they are trying to confirm there is water on Mars which in turn will confirm the potential of living beings on Mars.
Then We developed the drop into a clinging clot, then developed the clot into a lump of flesh, then developed the lump into bones, then clothed the bones with flesh, then We brought it into being as a new creation.1 So Blessed is Allah, the Best of Creators.
(Chapter 23: Verse 14)
Dr Keith Moore the world’s foremost expert in the field of Embryology, was invited to work with the Embryology Committee of King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. He was then shown the verses of the Quran regards Embryology. When he came across this verse, he said this knowledge I do not have. When he extracted the Embryo and placed it under a Microscope, it was just like a leech (something that clings).
Thereafter when questioned at a lecture on his findings, he responded “That since there was no Microscope in the 600 AD, it can only be Divivne”
Surely, those who disbelieved in our signs, We shall burn them in the Fire. As often as their skins are roasted through, We shall change them for other skins that may taste the punishment. Truly Allah is ever most powerful. All wise (chapter 4 verse 56)
Pain receptors, also called nociceptors, are a group of sensory neurons with specialized nerve endings widely distributed in skin. This was discovered by Charles Scott Sherrington in 1906.
He merged the two seas, converging together, between them is a barrier, which they do not overrun (Chapter 19 verse 20)
This miracle I personally witnessed when I visited Cape Agulhas, the southernmost tip of SA.
Here the Indian Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean meet but you can clearly see the colors of the two seas are different and they don’t mix.
We sent aforetime our apostles with Clear Signs and sent down with them the Book and the Balance (of Right and Wrong) that men may stand forth in justice; and We sent down Iron, wherein there is awesome power and many benefits for people, so that Allah may know, who without having seen him, helps Him and His messengers. For Allah is full of Strength exalted in Might (and able to enforce His will) (Chapter 57 Verse 25)
Iron is found on earth is a fusion of elements in Stars, Iron is not from the earth but as a result of large stellar explosion of stars called the Supernova
"Thus did We show Abraham the kingdom of the heavens and the earth that he be one of those who have faith and certainty? When the night covered him over with darkness he saw a star. He said, 'This is my lord.' But when it set, he said: 'I like not that those who set.' When he saw the moon rising up he said, 'This is my lord.' But when it set he said, 'Unless my Lord guides me, I shall surely be among the erring people.' When he saw the sun rising up he said, 'This is my lord, this is greater.' But when it set, he said, "O my people! I am indeed free from all that you join as partners in worship with Allah. Verily, I have turned my face towards Him Who has created the heavens and the earth hanifan (Islamic Monotheism, i.e. worshipping none but Allah Alone) and I am not of al-mushrikin (those who worship others besides Allah).' (Chapter 6 verse 75-79)
During the time of Abraham the people, were not only idol-worshippers but they also worshipped the stars, the moon, the sun etc, This knowledge was discovered only in the early 20th century, when Archeologist Leonard Woolley found the Temple of Ur buried deep in the desert sands. The information related to the worship of stars, moon and sun were written in the Sumerian language which was also not used after the first century.
Is there not in them sufficient proofs for men of understanding! Saw you not how your Lord dealt with Ad. Iram of the Pillars, the likes of which were not created in the land. (Chapter 87 verses 5-8)
Iram the City of Pillars was discovered in 1973 (see Dec 1978 edition of National Geographic).
The City of Elba was excavated in Syria. The City was discovered to be 43 centuries old. In the City there was a library that had a record of all the places that Elba traded with. One such place was Iram.
We took the Children of Israel across the sea, Pharaoh and his hosts followed them in insolence and spite. At length, we overwhelmed with the flood, he said I believe that there is no God except Him, whom the children of Israel believe in: I am of those who submit to Allah in Islam. (It was said to him) “Ah now! But little while before, wast thou in rebellion! And didst and mischief (and violence) Today We will preserve your corpse so that you may become an example for those who come after you. And surely most people are heedless of Our signs!' (Chapter 10 Verses 90-92)
This verse in the Holy Quran refers to the corpse of Pharaoh (Ramses II), it was discovered in 1898, approximately 3000 years old and found near the Red Sea and now on display at the Royal Mummies Museum in Cairo. Incidentally I have visited the Museum twice and seen for myself the truth.
And the heaven and the earth wept not for them, nor were they given a respite. (Chapter 44 verse 30)
The Egyptians used to say this when a Pharaoh died.
The Quran displays knowledge of Ancient Egypt that was not archeologically discovered until the 1880s and translated in the 1910s.
At length when they came to a (lowly) valley of ants one of the ants said: "O ye ants get into your habitations lest Solomon and his hosts crush you (under foot) without knowing it (Chapter 27 Verse 18)
Ants communicate with each other using their antennas, they also use their head to respond to sound. In addition they use Pheromones a chemical substance produced and released to the environment to ensure that other ants follow their trail
Ants’ lifestyle is closest to the lifestyle of humans: They bury their dead. They have a typical organizational structure in carrying out their work by having managers, supervisors and workers. They have regular markets where they exchange goods and they meet and have a chat.
The state of the Unbelievers is like the depths of darkness in a vast deep ocean…. Depths of darkness, one above another: if a man stretches out his hand, he can hardly see it! For any to whom Allah giveth not light, there is no light. (Chapter 24 verse 40)
Let’s face it, Humans are unable to dive below 15 meters without proper diving equipment, which was not available 1400 years ago. So consider this: At a depth of 1000 meters there is completely darkness. How could one have known this fact 1400 years ago?
Who was Prophet Muhammed (on whom be peace). He is the 40th descendant of Prophet Ishmael, eldest son of Abraham.
Abraham’s second son Isaac’s progeny comprised of all the other Prophets (Jacob, Joseph, Job, Moses, David, Solomon, John the Baptist and Jesus)
The miracles of Moses and Moses speaking to the Creator are all mentioned in the Quran. So are the stories of Jacob, Job, Joseph, David and Solomon mentioned in the Quran.

As per the Quran all these miracles were only by the Power of the Creator.
In conclusion I request the reader to consider this one verse from the Quran.
Had it been from anyone other than Allah, they would have certainly found in it many inconsistencies. (Chapter 4 Verse 82)
